1. General Information
This Voice Services Agreement & Acceptable Use Policy ("Agreement") governs the use of all Voice Services provided by SEO Webroute LTD, trading as Webroute and ALL4CC.
This Agreement applies to all SIP accounts, SIP trunks, VoIP termination, DID services, call routing, call centre software, cloud telephony, PBX connectivity, reseller services and all related communication services provided through our platforms.
By registering an account, activating a service, using any SIP account or transmitting traffic through our network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Agreement together with our General Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not register for or use our Voice Services.
2. About Webroute Voice Services
Webroute provides cloud-based telecommunications software and Voice Services to business customers worldwide.
Our services include, but are not limited to:

3. Scope of the Services
Our Voice Services are intended exclusively for lawful business communications.
The availability of specific destinations, telephone numbers, routes, codecs, features, billing methods and service functionality depends on technical, commercial and regulatory conditions.
Certain destinations, countries or services may become unavailable without prior notice due to carrier restrictions, regulatory requirements, fraud prevention measures or network maintenance.
Webroute does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability, continuous routing through any specific network or successful call completion to every destination.
4. Third-Party Carrier Networks
Webroute is an independent provider of telecommunications software and Voice Services.
To deliver our services, Webroute may obtain connectivity, numbering resources, call termination, routing and telecommunications infrastructure from one or more licensed national and international telecommunications carriers, network operators and infrastructure providers.
The identity of our upstream carriers, routing partners and infrastructure providers is confidential commercial information and may change at any time without prior notice.
Calls may be dynamically routed through different carrier networks based on technical availability, quality, routing policies, commercial agreements, fraud prevention measures, destination availability and regulatory requirements.
Webroute does not guarantee:
Carrier policies, national regulations and technical requirements may change without notice and may affect routing, pricing, CLI presentation or destination availability.
5. Customer Registration & Account Approval
Registration of an account does not automatically entitle any person or organisation to access or use the Services provided by Webroute.
All registration requests are subject to verification, compliance review, fraud prevention procedures and technical approval.
Webroute reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, reject, suspend or permanently refuse any registration request without providing detailed reasons where permitted by applicable law.
Account activation may require additional verification before Voice Services become available.
We may request additional information including but not limited to:
Submission of false, misleading or incomplete information may result in immediate rejection, suspension or permanent termination of the account.
6. Customer Verification (KYC)
Webroute applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to protect our customers, carrier partners and telecommunications infrastructure.
Verification may be requested before activation or at any time during the lifetime of the account.
Depending on the services requested, we may require:
Failure to provide requested documentation within the requested time period may result in service suspension or account closure.
Webroute reserves the right to refuse services where customer identity, ownership, source of traffic or intended use cannot be reasonably verified.
7. SIP Accounts & Authentication
Each Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of all SIP credentials, usernames, passwords, authentication details, API keys and IP authentication settings.
SIP credentials must never be shared with unauthorised persons.
Customers are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures including strong passwords, firewalls, PBX security, IP restrictions and regular monitoring of account activity.
The Customer must immediately notify Webroute if unauthorised access, credential compromise, PBX hacking or suspicious activity is suspected.
Unless caused directly by negligence on the part of Webroute, the Customer remains responsible for all traffic generated through their account, including traffic resulting from compromised credentials or improperly secured systems.
8. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer is fully responsible for all activity conducted through its account, SIP credentials, devices, PBX systems, IP addresses, resellers, agents, employees, contractors and end users.
Customers offering services to third parties remain fully responsible for the traffic generated by their own customers.
Customers must ensure that all traffic complies with applicable laws, telecommunications regulations and this Agreement.
Webroute may request additional information regarding traffic patterns, destinations, calling campaigns, business purpose or customer identity where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance.
Customers agree to cooperate with Webroute during compliance reviews, fraud investigations or requests received from telecommunications carriers, regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
9. Caller Identification (CLI) Policy
The Customer may present Caller Line Identification ("CLI") only where the Customer has the lawful right and appropriate authorisation to use that telephone number.
The Customer shall ensure that every CLI transmitted through the Services is accurate, valid, dialable and complies with all applicable telecommunications regulations, carrier requirements and national laws.
The Customer must not present any telephone number that:
Webroute does not guarantee that any CLI will be accepted, transmitted or displayed by upstream carriers, terminating operators or destination networks.
CLI acceptance depends on destination country regulations, carrier policies, technical limitations and fraud prevention mechanisms implemented by third-party operators.
10. CLI Verification Requirements
Webroute reserves the right to verify any Caller ID before permitting its use.
Customers may be requested to provide documentation proving ownership or lawful authorisation to use a telephone number.
Verification may include, but is not limited to:
Webroute may reject, suspend or permanently remove any CLI at its sole discretion where ownership or authorisation cannot be reasonably verified.
Previously approved Caller IDs may be re-verified at any time due to changes in carrier policies, regulatory requirements or fraud investigations.
11. Fraud Prevention & Traffic Monitoring
Webroute continuously monitors traffic in order to protect its network, carrier partners and customers against fraud, abuse and unlawful activities.
Traffic monitoring may include automated and manual analysis of:
Where unusual or potentially fraudulent activity is detected, Webroute may immediately restrict, suspend or terminate the affected services without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect the network or comply with legal obligations.
12. Acceptable Use Policy
The Services may only be used for lawful business communications.
The Customer agrees not to use the Services for any illegal, abusive or fraudulent activity.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Customers remain fully responsible for ensuring that all communications transmitted through their account comply with applicable laws in the country of origin, transit and destination.
13. Service Availability
Webroute will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide reliable Voice Services. However, all Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
Webroute does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous connectivity, error-free operation or successful call completion for every destination.
Service availability may be affected by factors including but not limited to:
Webroute shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
14. Routing & Carrier Changes
Webroute may modify routing, carrier selection, network paths or technical configurations at any time without prior notice.
Routing decisions may be based on price, quality, carrier availability, destination restrictions, fraud prevention measures, network capacity or regulatory obligations.
Customers acknowledge that the same destination may be routed through different carriers at different times.

15. Tariffs, Rates & Billing
Voice Services are billed in accordance with the applicable tariff assigned to the Customer account.
Rates may vary according to destination, prefix, carrier, billing increment, minimum duration, connection fee, currency exchange rates or regulatory charges.
Webroute reserves the right to modify tariffs, rates and billing structures at any time.
Updated pricing shall become effective upon publication within the Customer Portal or upon written notification where required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable tariffs before transmitting traffic.
16. Payments & Credit
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Voice Services are provided on a prepaid basis.
Webroute may suspend outgoing traffic where account balances become insufficient.
Where postpaid services have been approved, Customers shall pay all invoices within the agreed payment terms.

The Customer remains responsible for all charges generated through its account until the account has been formally terminated.
17. Taxes
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of VAT, GST, sales tax or any other applicable taxes.
Customers are responsible for paying all taxes applicable within their jurisdiction.
Where withholding taxes or similar deductions are required by law, the Customer shall ensure that Webroute receives the full contractual amount unless otherwise agreed.
18. Sanctions & Export Compliance
Customers shall comply with all applicable sanctions laws, export control regulations and trade restrictions imposed by the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States or any other competent authority.
The Services must not be used, directly or indirectly, by or for the benefit of any individual, entity or country subject to applicable sanctions or export restrictions.
Webroute reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Service where continued provision may violate applicable sanctions, export control regulations or legal obligations.
Customers shall immediately notify Webroute if they become subject to any sanctions investigation or regulatory restriction affecting the use of the Services.
19. Artificial Intelligence, Voice Cloning & Deepfake Calls
Customers shall not use the Services to generate, transmit or distribute artificial intelligence generated voice communications, voice cloning, deepfake audio or synthetic speech for unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent purposes.
The Customer shall ensure that any AI-assisted communications fully comply with all applicable laws, telecommunications regulations and consumer protection requirements.
Webroute reserves the right to request additional information regarding AI-powered calling campaigns and may suspend such campaigns where fraud, impersonation or regulatory concerns exist.
20. Suspension & Termination
Webroute may suspend, restrict or terminate any account or Service immediately where reasonably necessary to:
Suspension may occur without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably required.
Termination of an account shall not release the Customer from outstanding payment obligations or liabilities arising before termination.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Webroute shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages including, without limitation, loss of revenue, business interruption, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data or reputational damage arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Webroute's aggregate liability shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the affected Services during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
22. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Webroute, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers and carrier partners from and against any claims, liabilities, penalties, losses, damages, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
23. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
24. Changes to this Agreement
Webroute reserves the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time.
The most recent version published on our website shall apply from the effective date stated therein.
Continued use of the Services following publication of an updated Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

26. Network Security & Abuse Prevention
Webroute continuously implements technical, administrative and operational security measures designed to protect its telecommunications platform, carrier interconnections and customer accounts.
To maintain network integrity, Webroute may deploy automated or manual security controls including, but not limited to:
Such security measures may be modified at any time without prior notice where necessary to protect Webroute, its customers, carrier partners or telecommunications infrastructure.
27. Security Recommendations
Customers are strongly encouraged to implement appropriate security controls within their own infrastructure.
Recommended security measures include:
Failure to implement reasonable security measures may increase the risk of fraudulent activity for which the Customer remains responsible under this Agreement.
28. Abuse Reports & Regulatory Cooperation
Webroute cooperates with telecommunications carriers, regulators and competent law enforcement authorities in the investigation of telecommunications fraud, network abuse and other unlawful activities.
Customers agree to cooperate promptly with any reasonable request relating to abuse investigations, traceback requests, regulatory enquiries or carrier complaints.
Where legally permitted, Webroute may disclose relevant account or traffic information to competent authorities, carrier partners or fraud prevention organisations where reasonably necessary to investigate unlawful or fraudulent activity.
29. Telecommunications Compliance
Customers acknowledge that Voice Services may be subject to telecommunications regulations which vary by country and may change without prior notice.
The Customer remains solely responsible for ensuring that its own use of the Services complies with all applicable telecommunications, privacy, marketing and consumer protection laws applicable in each jurisdiction where traffic originates, transits or terminates.
Nothing within the Services shall be interpreted as legal or regulatory advice.
30. Entire Agreement
This Voice Services Agreement & Acceptable Use Policy forms an integral part of the Webroute General Terms & Conditions.
In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and any other customer documentation relating specifically to Voice Services, this Agreement shall prevail unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by Webroute.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No failure or delay by Webroute in exercising any right or remedy shall constitute a waiver of that right.
This Agreement represents the complete understanding between Webroute and the Customer regarding the use of Voice Services and supersedes all previous discussions, proposals or communications relating to such Services.
